Hearts is a private counselling practice in Three Hills, Alberta
offering help and hope to persons experiencing marital difficulties,
depression, anxiety, trauma, spiritual difficulties, or other
personal problems. In addition, we are certified pre-marital
counsellors with Enrich Canada.

Counselling is helpful at those points in our lives when
relationships are conflicted or shallow, stress is overwhelming, or
hurtful experiences from our past affect current life choices.
Change can happen when we have the courage to face and deal with
whatever it is that hinders us from becoming the people we are meant
to be.
After a
traumatic experience or a life-changing event, debriefing
helps to process the experience in a way that leads to
understanding, healing and personal growth.
All of us
struggle from time to time to know what we believe. We may have an
even harder time living up to what we say we believe. A spiritual
director can come alongside to help sort through the confusion
and help us find the freedom, authenticity and spiritual growth we
yearn for.
We welcome
everyone. Although we are followers of Jesus and counsel from a
biblical worldview, those seeking help do not need to have the same
belief system to benefit from the counselling experience.
